The nearest station to the Gannet is Carbis Bay on the St Ives branch line. There are frequent regular connecting services to St Erth station (on the London to Penzance main line). From Carbis Bay train station, it's only a short walk up the hill to the hotel or a 3-minute taxi ride.

Enjoy the spectacular views from the train window as the line sweeps along the coast past the golden sands of Carbis Bay before arriving in St Ives. Then head for the beach, explore the harbour or wander the shops and art galleries.
There is also an open-top bus (the Land's End Coaster) that gives you the opportunity to witness rugged coastlines, mining heritage sites, harbour towns, and the actual Land's End.
