The Gannet is situated in the pretty village of Carbis Bay, a mile from the quaint harbour town of St Ives, and a short valley walk from the award-winning Blue Flag Carbis Bay Beach. Gannet House, part of the Gannet brand is situated just a stone's throw from the Gannet main Reception.
Gannet Inn
The Gannet Inn offers sixteen boutique bedrooms with a comfy restaurant and bar area. Designed to be a relaxing, stylish place to enjoy good food and a welcoming atmosphere, The Gannet Inn has quirky interiors with all the style and finesse of a boutique hotel, while also offering a warm and friendly place to pop in for a catch-up or a bite to eat.
Within the spacious bar area, The Gannet Inn also features a darts board and pool table, and we welcome anyone who wished to utilise these through clubs, tournaments, or just a friendly game.

Gannet House
Gannet House joined the Gannet brand in 2020 and is a stone's throw from the Gannet Inn. The house contains twelve boutique bedrooms and suites. Guests staying at Gannet House share the facilities of the Gannet Inn including the Hungry Gannet restaurant and, the facilities at the nearby Carbis Bay Estate, home to the C Bay Spa.
Within Gannet House there is a bar and a stylish hair salon for guests and visitors to enjoy.
Check-in and the Gannet Reception is found at Gannet Inn.
Parking for all Gannet House guests can be found opposite the hotel main entrance.
