Showcasing Local Cornish Produce

Cornwall is blessed with an abundance of fresh, quality produce. Over the years, we have built long-standing relationships with the best local suppliers, so that we can select the perfect local ingredients for our dishes.

We now source a huge range of produce as locally as possible, including meat, locally-grown vegetables, free-range eggs, cheese from local farms, fruit, and the delicious fresh fish and seafood which Cornwall is famous for.

From locally caught crab to the finest Cornish fish from St Ives day boats; prime steak to excellent vegan dishes, we take no shortcuts in bringing you the freshest and best of the season. By supporting local producers, we provide you with the freshest food, bursting with flavour.

Aside from tasting better, using local produce is better for the environment as it cuts down on our food miles - so everyone is a winner! Whether you are wanting to be more eco-friendly or you just prefer the taste of local fare, you'll find a culinary heaven here in Cornwall. After a busy day of exploration, there's nothing better than refuelling with freshly made, hearty food at one of the best restaurants in St Ives.

Look forward to finely executed British classics such as 10oz Rib Eye Streak and Cornish Cod to carefully-crafted desserts, including our signature Cheesecake served with Cornish strawberries, which is on hand to round off your meal, along with superb Westcountry cheeses. As well as mouth-watering menus, our Cornish Cream Tea is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Our homemade Sunday roasts are always a favourite amongst guests too. Using only the finest, freshest and where possible locally sourced produce, diners can enjoy traditional soups, prime Cornish beef roasts, and nostalgic puddings filled with flavour.

Vegetarian and vegan dishes are always available on our menus. We can also cater for coeliacs and those with other allergies or dietary needs too; please let us know when you make your table reservation and we will be happy to help.

In the Thirsty Gannet Bar, we serve a range of speciality Cornish lagers/ciders and ales including Tribute, Korev and Healey’s Cornish Cider, as well as an extensive list of international wines and local spirits.

If you're in the mood for cocktails, opt for a classic Cosmopolitan or sample an original, signature creation such as the Cornish Garden featuring Cornwall's favourite gin Tarquin's.
